Terms and conditions for using our services

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of all services provided by Botifier. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Botifier provides the following services:

  • Discord bot development and management
  • Telegram bot solutions
  • Web automation systems
  • API integration services
  • Custom software development
  • Technical support and consulting

3. User Obligations

3.1 General Obligations

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain account security
  • Fulfill payment obligations on time
  • Comply with legal rules and regulations

3.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Using services for illegal purposes
  • Spam, fraud, or malicious activities
  • Violating others' copyrights
  • Hacking the system or creating security vulnerabilities
  • Transferring services to third parties (without permission)

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Payment Terms

  • All payments are made in Turkish Lira (TL)
  • Payments are made at project start or specified periods
  • 2% monthly late fee applied for delayed payments
  • Prices include VAT

4.2 Cancellation and Refunds

  • 100% refund before project starts
  • No refunds after project is 50% completed
  • Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Refund process takes 5-10 business days

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Botifier's Rights

Platform, tools, and general solutions are owned by Botifier. These rights are protected and legal action will be taken in case of violation.

5.2 Customer Rights

Custom developed projects and content belong to the customer. However, the infrastructure and frameworks used are under Botifier license.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6.1 Uptime Guarantee

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee
  • Planned maintenance announced in advance
  • Emergency interventions start within 30 minutes

6.2 Support Services

  • 24/7 technical support
  • Email responses within 4 hours
  • Phone support during business hours
  • Remote access support (with permission)

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Service Limitations

Botifier's liability is limited to the services provided only. Indirect damages, loss of profit, or third-party damages are not covered.

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for situations beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, internet outages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

  • Data encryption and secure storage
  • Unauthorized access protection
  • Regular security testing
  • Data backup and recovery

9. Contract Termination

9.1 Termination by Customer

  • 30 days written notice
  • Settlement of unpaid invoices
  • 30 days for data transfer

9.2 Termination by Botifier

  • In case of terms violation
  • In case of payment delays
  • In case of illegal activities
  • With 7 days notice

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10.1 Alternative Resolution

We prefer mediation before going to court.

11. Changes

Changes to these terms will be published on our website and take effect after 30 days. Important changes will be notified via email.
